DTRICE- Vuong Dinh Chanh

  Dr. Vuong Dinh Chanh works as a Lecturer and Researcher at the Duy Tan Research Institute for Computational Engineering (DTRICE) at Duy Tan University (DTU), Vietnam. He obtained the Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Civil Engineering from the Department of Environmental and Civil Engineering at Tokyo Institute of Technology, in 2020 and 2023 respectively, under the supervision of Prof. Hirose and Asso. Prof. Bui Quoc Tinh. His research themes include: Damage Mechanics, Fracture in Solid Media, Finite Element Method, and Brittle/ Quasi-Brittle materials.  Recently, he has focused on investigating fractures in biological soft tissues.
